I’m Liz Adams! I’m 38 years old and a mom to 3 young boys - Charlie, Jack and George. I was born and raised in Chicago, IL but we moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 2021 (read more about our move here). I am married to my husband Dave who is everybody’s friend and basically a big warm hug. I started my blog, Sequins & Stripes, in 2011 as a personal style site while I was working as a clothing buyer in Chicago. As my life transitioned into motherhood, my brand and content shifted in 2018 when I rebranded to Hello Adams Family. I love sharing stories of my own personal motherhood experience, parenting, our life at home and the recipes I’m cooking for my family along with style, beauty and a little bit of home.
