I don’t know if I’ve been feeling a little consumed by my own health journey or that I’m having conversations with my community/friends about it but I thought it was about time to really dive deep into my wellness routine. For years I’ve been sharing my workout routines and recipes on my Instagram. The term wellness has really shifted for me since I’ve become a mom/adult and is now a big blanket of feeling good from the inside and out - both physically and mentally.
